BILLING: Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a variety of fee plans to meet our clients’ needs including flat fee file handling, task billing, and hourly billing. When billing our time, we bill in one-tenth of an hour increments, which reduces fees for small tasks. In general, we do not accept cases on a contingency fee basis. We provide detailed itemized bills showing the discrete services rendered and their cost. We provide bids on specific projects and will work to meet each client’s needs in a fee agreement, whatever they might be.
