The 2007 addenda system has been updated to:
- Address meth issues;
- Include buyer oriented short pay-off contingencies; and
- Conform to the Commission's new forms.
With the 2007 package, you receive:
- A RESPA Compliance addendum.
- Addendum A, a one page addendum with non-controversial paragraphs which brokers will use in most deals.
- "Copy and Paste" Clauses to use as needed in additional provisions and counter-proposals addressing deal specific situations.
- An addendum to the buyer listing agreements.
- An addendum to the seller listing agreements.
- Two different addenda addressing what the industry calls "right-of-first refusal" situations.
- The Notice to Seller (For Things Other Than Property Condition) form.
- Broker Disclosure [To Buyers] Regarding New Construction Contracts form.
- A form allowing a broker to document that the client wants to stop marketing the property while keeping the listing alive.
- A clause which provides for a reduced commission on the listed property if the client purchases the replacement property through you.
- A notice from the earnest money holder to buyer and seller to take advantage of the new CREC option to dispose of the earnest money.
- A Buyer Notice to the Seller that a property is meth contaminated per Statute.

If you would like to have our office prepare a 2007 Standard Addenda package, please print the order form and either mail or fax it back to our office. The price for our firm clients for the Standard Addenda is still $300. This price includes: all of the addenda forms in letter size; a letter explaining them in detail; and a ten minute or so consultation (should you have any questions).
Should you need to customize your addenda, after reviewing our package, we will give you an estimate in advance.
Delivery
We have arranged to have your forms delivered to you electronically by ezContract, LLC. The text of the addenda is locked in Microsoft Word® You use tabs to electronically fill in blanks. You may copy and paste the clauses from our additional provisions into the Additional Provisions section of your contracts. There is no additional charge for this method of delivery.
The forms are also available through RealFAST. To obtain the forms from RealFAST you must first order them from us and then contact RealFAST to download the forms. Please note that additional charges from RealFAST may apply. Please print the order form, complete it, and either mail or fax it back to us.
