The Summer 2009 addenda system has been updated to:

  • Allow brokers to write offers for investors, avoiding the uncertainty caused by changes to Colorado's Foreclosure Protection Act;
  • Include a Carbon Monoxide disclosure to sellers to avoid the need to sign sellers to new listing agreements; &
  • Conform to the summer 2009 CREC form changes.

If you would like to have our office prepare a Summer 2009 Standard Addenda package, please print the order form and either mail or fax it back to our office. The price for our firm clients that have already paid us to prepare the initial 2009 Standard Addenda is $300. The price if you did not already pay us to prepare the initial 2009 Standard Addenda is $450. This price includes: all of the addenda forms in letter size; a letter explaining them in detail; and a ten minute or so consultation (should you have any questions).

Should you need to customize your addenda, after reviewing our package, we will give you an estimate in advance.

Delivery

We have arranged to have your forms delivered to you electronically by CTM eContracts. The text of the addenda is locked in Microsoft Word®. You use tabs to electronically fill in blanks. You may copy and paste the clauses from our additional provisions into the Additional Provisions section of your contracts. There is no additional charge for this method of delivery.

Although our forms are available through the software vendors listed below, it will take some time for the forms to be integrated into their systems. Thus, initially, everyone will receive our forms from CTM eContracts in locked Microsoft Word® as described above. We will notify you as soon as your software vendor of choice is ready to distribute our forms.

The forms are also available through the integrated systems of RealFAST, CTM eContracts, The Knowledge Group, Inc, and TrueForms Software – Reveal Systems, Inc. To obtain the forms from these vendors, you must first order them from us and then contact the vendor to download the forms. Please note that additional charges from these vendors may apply.
